Under New Management

My name is Badai Aqrandista. My wife and I took over Archive Management in early 2024 from Duncan Macmillan. And we moved the warehouse to Richlands, QLD.

Despite the management change, Archive Management excellent products and services continues to be of high quality. And we are working hard to take Archive Management to the next level.

New Partnership and Other Good Stuff

We have made many improvements to our services. Following are the highlights:

1. Partnership with My Office Solutions in Western Australia

We have partnered with My Office Solutions to store our most popular products, Small File Box (code 9120) and Large File Box (code 9240), in their warehouse in Perth metro area. This will allow our Western Australian customers to get our products faster with lower delivery cost.

If you are in WA, you can order these products from My Office Solutions online shop or directly email sales@myofficesolutions.com.au with your order. In the future, we hope we can stock more products in WA.

2. LinkedIn Page

We have created Archive Management LinkedIn page to help spread the word about our products and services. We would be very happy if you can follow us on LinkedIn, if you have an account there. Paper documents are not going anywhere. And we are committed to help businesses, organisations and schools in managing their archives in their own premises.

3. Website update

Our website is now more responsive and works well in mobile devices. We also have migrated to Stripe payment gateway to allow more payment methods during checkout.

Case Study: Newcastle High School

Before Tidy Up

After Tidy Up

Newcastle High School is planning to move their archive room to the new building in 2025. To prepare for this, they requested us to catalogue all of their archives.

This gives them a catalogue of all their archives in an Excel sheet, allowing them to easily determine which ones are due for destruction. And then, when the new archive room is ready next year, they will get us to come again to set up the Archive Storage System there and move the file boxes.

This is what Toni Warburton, the Business Manager at Newcastle High School, said about our tidy up service:

I am happy to share Newcastle High Schools experience setting up the Archive Management record-keeping system.

Implementing this system has significantly transformed our approach to managing records. The ability to categorise and tag documents has improved our organisation and ensures that we can quickly find what we need, when we need it.

The user-friendly spreadsheet allows for easy access and retrieval of documents, which has streamlined our workflow and enhanced our productivity.

The team at Archive Management has been so helpful transferring us to the new system, doing all the re-boxing and labelling, addressing all our queries and ensuring a smooth and easy transition to the new system.

I highly recommend it to any other school looking to improve their record-keeping practices.
